We purchased an '08 Altima from your dealership on 4-1-11. I've always had good luck with Nissans and this car has not disappointed us, we are very happy with it. I feel like we got a good price and the warranty your dealership offers on Asian makes under 50k is impressive as well. My reason for writing is more geared toward the sales side of the transaction though. Unfortunately in the service industry of any type, you tend to get all kinds of negative feedback and very little feedback when it comes to the positive. Typically I choose to purchase vehicles from private owners as opposed to dealerships solely because of the fact that I won't have to deal with pushy sales people. I had already found 2 '08/'09 Altimas: 1 on Ebay and 1 on Auto trader that I was very interested in. Before arriving at your dealership we had been to the Credit Union and secured financing. My wife talked me into just "stopping in to see what you had" for used Nissans. Long story short we left with one of your cars before the days end. Here are the three things that sold me in order of importance; 1) Derek Harlin. 2) The no haggle stated sticker price. 3) The warranty for vehicles under 50k. I thought the price was good but it didn't really play a part in my decision because it was comparable to what I was finding in the private market. From the start Derek came across as very genuine, very knowledgeable, and most of all no nonsense. Derek was able to answer all of our questions - even the dumb ones, offered different options for test drives based on our needs, including the Honda Civic my Wife insisted on driving although he advised her it wasn't near the car the the Altima was for comfort & room that we told him we wanted. What was nice is that Derek was helpful, down to earth, and most importantly for me didn't come across as the Salesman that wouldn't let you off the lot because he needed the sale to buy diapers for the kids at home. He took us through the whole transaction quickly and with ease. Derek is also the reason some poor guy on Ebay didn't sell his Altima that day! From start to finish it was a good experience and painless - the way car buying should be. Also, as a bonus, your interest rate was better than that of my credit union. I came to Hudson Nissan off of an internet search that resulted in a phone call from Erik Kane. I set an appointment with him to take a look at a couple of used vehicles that I liked. When I got to the dealership Erik had several vehicles in mind that he thought I would like to look at, ready for me to test drive. We drove 4 different vehicles and I became very indecisive on which vehicle I now wanted. Erik was fantastic in showing me the features and advantages of each vehicle. I finally decided on an 07 BMW 328i. The manager that came and spoke to me was named Terry and was extremely pleasant and put me at ease with the whole car buying experience. I was purchasing this vehicle on my own, so I was apprehensive and nervous, but Terry eased those fears. Being a single mom, I had to stay with in a certain budget, and I expressed those concerns to him and Erik. I was assured that they could keep me within my payment range and they did! All of the staff at Hudson Nissan were so professional and kind. It had a relaxed and family atmosphere that was the perfect fit for me. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Hudson. I have since sent several of my friends to Hudson and will continue to do so. They have earned a customer for life. More
