Overall experience was great very friendly and knowledgeable sales man(Jordan) and the rest of the team as well. I have had Nissan's, new ones, since 2000 and a used one prior to that. This was not my first visit to the dealership. I came in to test drive an Altima Coupe to upgrade my current 08 Altima. Andre also showed me a new Maxima and i fell in love with it. I had a bad experience when purchasing my used car at Hudson Nissan. It was that typical used car experience in which you feel taken after driving off the lot. After negotiating the prices of the use Hudson Nissan. It was that typical used car experience in which you feel taken after driving off the lot. After negotiating the prices of the used car and my trade-in, I agreed to the price. When I came in after work Friday night to sign the papers and go out of town, the finance manager told me that I wouldn't be eligible for Infiniti's 4=year, 40,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, even though the Infiniti website said that I would be. After a 15 minute delay, the finance manager finally asked someone else and found out that I would be eligible for the national dealer warranty. The "Hudson warranty" that was promised by the Hudson salesperson failed to mention that it was a limited warranty. The Warranty is only lifetime on the parts of the car that the oil touches& only when you exactly follow Infiniti's maintenance schedule in the owner's manual. Miss or are late for one oil change and there is no lifetime warranty. The finance manager then printed the purchase papers and tried to rush me through the review of the papers. The document had the wrong used car price and monthly payments; approximately $60 per month too much. If I hadn't insisted on taking the extra 5 minutes to read the document thoroughly, I would have been paying too much. I received one key to the car and was told that a second car key would cost $200+. Even though I turned in 2 sets of keys with my trade-in. After waiting 90 minutes to sign the paperwork and receive the car keys at 6:15 on a Friday night, I realized that the car did not have floor mats. I asked about floor mats and was told that I would have to buy them myself. When I saw that I didn't have an owners manual, I asked for an owners manual. I was told that I would have to print the 500+ owners manual from the internet. After 3 calls, the salesperson did print the owners manual and mail it to my house. Be very careful when shopping for your next car here! More

Ron is an amazing person to work with. I (and the rest of my family) have been buying cars from Ron for over 15 years. This is the first Nissan that I have owned and the only reason I bought one was because my family) have been buying cars from Ron for over 15 years. This is the first Nissan that I have owned and the only reason I bought one was because of Ron. He used to sell me Toyota's and I followed him to Hudson. I can see why he went to Hudson Nissan. I was looking for a mid-sized vehicle that customer. His partner,Pete, assisted us. He listened to our my needs and we test drove several vehicles. I was looking for a mid-sized vehicle that would save me gas and yet roomy enough for my family, but did not cost me too much. I left with a 2005 Pontiac Vibe that was $4,000 less than what I was proposing to spend. Definitely a happy customer. Both Andre and Pete were very courteous, professional, and friendly.
