service On Wednesday 07/29/2015 at approx. 943AM, I called Hudson Nissan and request to talk to a service advisor because my car ignition switch was broken an On Wednesday 07/29/2015 at approx. 943AM, I called Hudson Nissan and request to talk to a service advisor because my car ignition switch was broken and I could not start my car which was parked at the Sphinx gas station about 1/4 mile south of Hudson Nissan. The Hudson Nissan Rep gave me the phone number of a tow company and request that I have my car towed to Hudson Nissan, I requested to speak with a service advisor to get some idea of the cost of replacing an ignition switch, the Hudson Rep took my phone number and told me that a service advisor would give me a call, as of 08/01/2015, I have not received a call form a Hudson Nissan service advisor. I had another maintenance shop towed and replace my ignition switch within 2 days. I was expecting better service from Hudson Nissan since they had very recently within the last 2 weeks performed maintenance on my car, but it seems they are no different than most dealership maintenance shops high cost, poor customer service. Hudson Nissan will be my last option when considering future maintenance on my car. More

But you have to realize that lo Updated: 7/6 These guys are good at selling cars and making you feel like you're not being pressured, which is great. But you have to realize that low-pressure sales is still just a sales tactic, intended to gain your trust and put you at ease. It only means they want their sale and a good review. Our salesperson, Ted, was really helpful and we liked him a lot, but he was the only positive part of this experience. We recently traded in our car for a used 2013 Pathfinder. When they evaluated our trade, the sales manager said they could not give us more than $2000 due to the condition and because they'd have to sell it at auction. We really needed $3000 or at the very least, $2500 to get our payments where we needed them, but we relented. The next day they listed our car for sale for $10,000! Then we told them the day after we bought it that there's something wrong with it. The steering wheel is angled about 10 degrees to the right and the slightest touch of the wheel and it's veering off all over the lane. It's either out of alignment or there's an issue with the steering being extremely over sensitive. Update: They finally called us Saturday about the alignment issue (conveniently the day after the 5 day exchange period.) But we'd already taken it to another Nissan place and they looked at, explained a lot of things about the car, the electronic steering, and how it drives. And didn't charge us for anything. Also annoyed our car didn't come with the manual or floor mats. Who sells a car without floor mats? They actually told us we had to buy them separately. Really makes me question how many of these positive reviews are legit...especially since they offer you a $100 gift card for leaving one. More
