Best Customer Service Ever! I have been having an issue with my new Nissan Altima 2017 that I purchased at Hudson Nissan since November 2017. We have been taking my car there and I have been having an issue with my new Nissan Altima 2017 that I purchased at Hudson Nissan since November 2017. We have been taking my car there and ABSOLUTELY NO one could figure out what the problem was. After speaking with the service manager and the 800 customer service with NO resolutions, we took our car to Morris Nissan and both Ryan and Kyle were phenomenal! Kyle not only listened as I explained my issues but also rode with me to hear the noise that my car was making and got to working on it right away (unlike Hudson Nissan who allowed my vehicle to sit for 2 weeks before touching it). Ryan and Kyle truly made me feel like I was their priority. A thank is not enough for them. I really love my car but since Hudson technicians couldn't figure our my issue and brushed me off, I was ready to trade in my vehicle so as to cut ties with a company who didn't value my time. But thanks to Ryan and Kyle, the issue was fixed and I did not have to trade in the car I loved. I said all of that to say this: If you decide to purchase a Nissan, purchase AND service that vehicle with Morris Nissan. They are a company that actually lives up to its mission statement. More

Quick and great! I had an appt for an oil change and open recall. I was told when I called it would take around 2 hours to complete. I was in and out in about an hour I had an appt for an oil change and open recall. I was told when I called it would take around 2 hours to complete. Not for timely service Wait was much too long after being told 45 minutes--then some longer--total 2 hours while others came in later and left earlier. Two others waiting complained about the same thing--we complained to each other and not to the staff. Each of us was in for routine oil change , etc. Poor customer service. More
