This dealership has an awful scheduling service that doesn’t communicate. Cliff and the service team did everything they could to try to make things right. The extended warranty I bought through Hudso doesn’t communicate. Cliff and the service team did everything they could to try to make things right. The finance manager was amazing and found the warranty for me. Think his name was Jay but either way he was great. Hudson Nissan has a lot to work on in the communication dept and customer satisfaction as well as service department. More

Very disappointed. I live in sumter and i was told I would be able to use the extra care plan at the dealership service center in Sumter. When I went to get serviced at I live in sumter and i was told I would be able to use the extra care plan at the dealership service center in Sumter. When I went to get serviced at the Sumter dealership they refused to accept the extra care plan and I was forced to drive an hour and 45 minutes to the Charleston dealership and 2 and a half hours back due to traffic.
