I have dealt with Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, BMW and Infinity dealers (Honda was by far, the worst). Purchased many new cars, off the showroom floor, etc. Out of all of my car buying experiences, I can say, without hesitation, that Greg Gould is my favorite salesman, by far. Now that I have purchased my 3rd new car from him, there is no reason to go anywhere else. My X-Terra did everything well. My current Titan is perfect for pulling the boat, and the daughters new Versa is a welcome addition to the family. . Avoid the typical "lot lizard" sales people. Go see Greg at Charleston Nissan, and you will be treated like an adult. Don't get kidnapped on the way through the door. Don't let other sales people distract you. Greg is the adult in the room, and you will realize it the moment you talk to him. No silly games. No slimy sales tactics. No "high pressure" mentality. Just a genuinely nice guy who knows his products and wants to find the right car for the right person. . The rest of the Nissan team seems to be on task as well, but Greg is someone that I would trust with my wallet, my wife or my kids. If you are a husband and/or a dad, I am sure you can read between the lines and understand the true significance of that compliment. More

Best Dealership I arrived at Charleston Nissan to try to resolve an issue I had on. Previous leased car I had traded in at Hendricks Honda (1st and last mistake I'll I arrived at Charleston Nissan to try to resolve an issue I had on. Previous leased car I had traded in at Hendricks Honda (1st and last mistake I'll ever make). I had just purchased the Honda HRV in Jan. 2016. Terry Breedlove resolved this major issue. I was ready to return to be the loyal customer I had been for many years. Greg Gould took over the process. Several issues were uncovered (caused by Hendricks Honda) but Greg, Gould, Mike Simard and the Finance team worked diligently on my behalf to resolve these issues. I picked up my new Nissan Rouge yesterday. I can't thank these courteous, friendly, professional team members enough. I would and already have recommend this dealership. Hands Down They Are The Best.
