I didn't plan to buy right away, but after he calmly explained all the benefits and options of my car and walked me through the trade in procedure, there was no doubt in my mind I was buying this car. I have dealt with Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, BM Not posting a long review, but I have been buying a new car about every 2-3 years over the past 3 decades. I have dealt with Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, BMW and Infinity dealers (Honda was by far, the worst). Purchased many new cars, off the showroom floor, etc. Out of all of my car buying experiences, I can say, without hesitation, that Greg Gould is my favorite salesman, by far. Now that I have purchased my 3rd new car from him, there is no reason to go anywhere else. My X-Terra did everything well. My current Titan is perfect for pulling the boat, and the daughters new Versa is a welcome addition to the family. . Avoid the typical "lot lizard" sales people. Go see Greg at Charleston Nissan, and you will be treated like an adult. Don't get kidnapped on the way through the door. Don't let other sales people distract you. Greg is the adult in the room, and you will realize it the moment you talk to him. No silly games. No slimy sales tactics. No "high pressure" mentality. Just a genuinely nice guy who knows his products and wants to find the right car for the right person. . The rest of the Nissan team seems to be on task as well, but Greg is someone that I would trust with my wallet, my wife or my kids. If you are a husband and/or a dad, I am sure you can read between the lines and understand the true significance of that compliment. More
