He said, “you went from giving me a fake name to buying a new truck from me." It's absolutely true, I never give my real name to any salesman until I'm sure this person is going to provide my needs. That to me told me just how much I trusted him over the time frame. It's important to feel that you're part of a family when you're making a big decision and that's how Brad and the team made me feel. The issues in the past were redeemed by BECCA BAMMAN in service. Despite my emotional state and being the owner of a very expensive and high-tech car, she was extremely kind, patient, explained things and MORE than made up for any past issues. She was absolutely awesome and I will never forget her kindness and understanding that day. I am extremely grateful she took care of my issue because I was at my wits end. I express my deepest gratitude to BECCA for doing such an outstanding job of providing REAL customer service. Hopefully moving forward, things will continue on this positive path, but she totally redeemed this service department! Girl deserves a raise! More
