My experience at Hudson Nissan was excellent from the start. We were greeted by Giorgi who gave us a very non threatening sales pitch, which in the end was the difference for me. I was very impressed with the way Jonathan helped me get my new 2010 Altima 3.5 SR. I originally thought of getting a 2.5 S, but then he was able to convince me to get a 3.5 instead. I have been looking for a car & I had gone to toyota which was horrible, the service wasn't good the sales person was rude I was not happy at all I left the dealership extremely upset I was hesitate to which was horrible, the service wasn't good the sales person was rude I was not happy at all I left the dealership extremely upset I was hesitate to try anywhere eles because of the experience I had at toyota, I went to nissan and that was the best desicion I ever made. I spoke with Jonathan Bayani & explained what had happened & what I was looking for. He was patient & explained every detail. I felt very comfortable & knew that he had my best interest in mind. When I was approved & he gave me the great news I was thrilled & amazed at how everything went so smoothly with no frustration. The financial manager Isaias Ramos was a doll. He also had my best interest in mind. He took the time to explain everything before I signed anything & any questions I had he gladly answered with no hesitation. I left the Nisan dealership happy & felt like I had just become part of the nissan famly. The best part of it was that they went out their way to make my son comfortable as well by acknowleging him & even putting nickjr on so he can be comfortable. I honestly can say that they are there for their customers. I will be recomending this dealership to everyone that I know. More

I once owned an Exterra that I bought from a different dealership. I had nothing but issues there. When I had enough of the problems I clled Nissan Corporate to complain. The representative referred me to Hudson Nissan for further service. I found everyone at Hudson Nissan to be very nice, courteous, and prompt with service. I was in the market for another car and drove into Hudson Nissan. I was very impressed with the salesman (Jarrett)and even his boss Mr. Sellers. I told them both I liked the service when I had the Exterra. I like the way I was treated when I bought the Versa. Even people that were not a part of my purchase were very nice. I found that a couple of them are from the same town I am. I do have two complaints. Somehow my daughters email address was pulled from possibly when I owned the Exterra so she was getting emails meant for me. At the time of purchase I provided my email. I do not like the fact that her email was pulled from a previous file. Secondly, I think I have gotten an email or phone call everyday since my purchase. THAT IS ANNOYING. I said if I get one more call I will return the car to Nissan with my regrets. I am a very busy person at work and to field calls from a car dealership is the call I don't need to have at work. My suggestion is to make sure everything you need is in the file before you call. For instance my insurance. At the time of purchase Nissan called my insurance company. A proof of insurance wa faxed over. I noticed it said the Mazda that my daughter owns but Nissan didn't. I thought they just wanted to know I have insurance. I got a phone call asking me for the insurance policy number and a phone number for the insurance company. Now fir me I would have looked at that Mazda insurance card fax and gotten the insurance policy number or the phone number from that fax. But Hudson Nissan called me to ask for it. SO I left my desk, went to my car and I faxed over my actual insurance card. DON'T MAKE TOO MANY CALLS AND EMAILS. More
This is the second time I have visited Hudson Nissan in a real time pinch for work, but with somservice I really needed to get done. I worked with Willie Soto both times. My 15 year old car died one day and I had no choice but to go car shopping. I did the whole internet Edmunds thing as my friends recommended and it definitely made me a more educated car shopper. I set up appointments to drive 4 similar cars all on the same highway. Hudson Nissan was the first. They answsered all my questions, we did a test drive and then they gave me (really) a deal I could not refuse. However, I had other cars to drive and they encouraged me to do so. The other experiences could not compare. So I went back and bought the car. They then explained the dealer options that were available to me, but did not pressure me to buy... it was just for information. Finally, they got me a better rate than I could get at the bank I work for. I had a few problems after the sale... My Monitor Tires light was on and the floor mats were missing... One phone call (and a visit to the dealership) and everything was taken care of. Then my license plates did not come in and the paper tag was expiring. Again one phone call and they contacted the NJ DMV and tracked down the plates in time. This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. More
