The best experience buying a car at Hudson. We live about an hour away and had mixed feelings about buying a car from a dealer so far away. We drove home with the exact car we wanted in less than an h about an hour away and had mixed feelings about buying a car from a dealer so far away. We drove home with the exact car we wanted in less than an hour. The car was exactly what we had asked to see; we test drove the car and when we got back the numbers were laid out. There was no surprises, no haggling, everything was completely transparent. We signed the papers, our credit was checked and the car prepared in about 1/2 hour. Every person that we dealt with was so friendly and courteous. My wife and I looked at each other like what just happened. We had never had an experience like this with any other car dealer in our area, or anywhere for that matter. I am no longer concerned about the location of the dealer...in fact, I would consider buying my next car from Hudson...totally a thumbs up experience. More
The experience was so great with Ali and Rafique the first time at Hudson Nissan, that I went back 2 more times within a year.. My most recent purchase a 2011 Rogue, I went to buy a used car and endup l first time at Hudson Nissan, that I went back 2 more times within a year.. Both of these gentlemen were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make the whole experience as easy as possible. They worked with us until we were happy with the deal and never made us feel press out of their way to make the whole experience as easy as possible. My daughter went in to buy a car. She was told they can help. She was presented with an offer they knew she could not afford. Spend 8 hours 10/18/2010 and only I was able to buy a car. Althought we went in because my daughter wanted to buy a car not me. They asked for a co-signer. I was going to co-sign. We were told since I already bought a car from the dealer the previous day I could not co-sign. I decided to buy a second car because Mr Ali said it was the only way my daughter can get a car. My credit was checked twice which lowered my credit score. After another 5 additional hours the following day they found a bank to give me a second loan. The bank called to verify my information and denied me for not answering the questions correctly. I was told another bank will finance the 2nd car so another credit check was done. I signed the new loan and was not given copies until I gave the orignials from the frist bank. I was told to bring the previous loan papers to get the new. I did and called ahead of time but the financial person was not in, yet I was told he was. This company has no interity. I recieved a letter from another bank saying my credit is no good when I have excellent credit; therefore when I asked if my credit was checked again I was told no. The letter from Wells Fargo Bank proved it was checked. I wrote to the president to complain and waiting for reply. I was called in again to resign my loan papers becuase the girls who work upstairs sent the wrong loan papers to the wrong bank. Again I was inconvience. My daugther received a called twice from the Nissan Motor exceptance corp asking for her car payment and said it was late. Hudson Nissan bought the car from us but failed to inform Nissian Motor exceptance corp that the payment from the dealer is on its way. Now the temporary license on the car I bought for my daughter expired and we do not have any DMV resgisteration. When I filed a complaint with BBB the dealer tells them I went in to buy two cars instead of telling them my daughter went in to buy one car and could not. More
My wife and I were looking for a Nissan Murano and after a HORRIBLE experience at Rt. 22 Nissan, we took a trip to Hudson Nissan. What a GREAT DECISION! We weren't sure if we were going to leave with a car, but Jarret Nadrowski, the Sales Consultant, did everything he could do to make us comfortable and happy. We were able to get the car we wanted, at the price we wanted. Isaias Ramos was GREAT to deal with getting all the paperwork finalized and we could not have been happier. It was a great experience. Jarrett and Isaias were tremendous to deal with and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go to Hudson Nissan for a car. Thank you Jarrett and Isaias and everyone at Hudson Nissan! More
I went to Hudson Nissan looking for a vehicle with my sister and I came away feeling great. Everyone that i worked with was very friendly, cooperative, and assisted my needs. I visited bayridge nissan the previous day and had a horrible experience there. They really discouraged me, i spent the whole day there and didn't even leave with a vehicle (pre-owned or new). The same brand of vehicle that i got at hudson nissan was the same brand that they would not even consider offerring me at bayridge nissan. HUDSON NISSAN YOUR THE BEST!!!!!!!
