Your business is extremely valuable to us and we are gracious that you chose Hudson Nissan for your family’s automotive needs. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you incurred during your recent sales transaction with us. We stand by our highly trained professional staff to provide the best experience possible to all of our customers. Unfortunately, the financial institutions did not individually approve your daughter for an auto loan. But with your guidance, we were able to approve you for two auto loans; one you accepted on behalf of your daughter and one for yourself. Bank loans are not at the discretion of the dealer, it is not within our control once you submit your authorization to run credit that the banks approve or deny your request. Your willingness and authorization to perform standard credit checks through multiple lenders in order to provide you with the best selection of lenders and rates was what caused additional inquiries on your history to show rather than one. The reputable banks we utilize have strict verification guidelines to follow when securing auto loans, therefore it is possible to change approval status based on the outcome of their interviewing process with the customer. I sincerely apologize if you were not familiar with the standard procedures all dealerships need to take when assisting customers who request auto loans. While working with you to finalize all aspects of your transactions, we were able to express pay your previous loan for you as well as provide your new registration for both vehicles.
