Desai, When making an important high cost purchase such as a new or pre-owned vehicle, you deserve whatever care and personal attention that is neccesary to meet your expectations. I am sorry that we have failed you in that endeavor. Carfax reports will always be printed at any customers request. At times, a carfax may not be readily available if the previous customer who viewed the same car asked to take the carfax home for review. I am sorry for that inconvenience as well during your shopping experience. Congratulations on your new vehicle purchase with Acura.
