Purchasing my new 2013 Altima was an easy and simple experience. The pleasant and friendly atmosphere displayed at the dealership dismissed the anxiety of purchasing a new car. I felt at ease during the whole process and never at any time did I feel pressured. My salesperson, Eugene Bonvenca, was professional and very pleasant. He was very informative and made sure that I was well-instructed with the operation of my new car before I drove it home on Saturday. I would recommend Hudson Nissan dealership. In fact, this morning on returning back to the office, I discussed with several co-workers the purchasing of my new car and how easy and pleasant the whole purchasing experience was at this particular dealership. This is a follow up to my review of 9/10/12. While it did take a long time to resolve the issues on my new Nissan Rogue, the customer service department and Doreen in particular was very helpful and acco did take a long time to resolve the issues on my new Nissan Rogue, the customer service department and Doreen in particular was very helpful and accommodating. She arranged for a rental car while we waited for the registration and new license plates to arrive. Despite my anger and dissatisfaction she was always pleasant,sympathetic and most importantly, she found solutions. Overall, I am happy with my 2012 Nissan Rogue and look forward to a good working relationship with the service department. More

What a great experience! We came a long way in response to an Internet ad and I must say Morod Shabaan was a delight to work with. I went to Hudson Nissan for a used altima. I wanted to upgrade on the altima that I have now. So I will make this short. They Tried to give a few thousand less then my car was worth. As I told them I already knew what I could get for it and other offers that other dealers presented me with with. Now keep in mind. I don't have the greatest credit in the world. But what happened next, they made me feel like I was less of a human. I told the sales men the the offer they presented me with was not within range.So then his boss came over. His boss told me that I was not willing to work with him. I was but when I did the math after all the fees, tax and interest the car was double of they where offering to me. Now I have bad credit but I can buy a car. A car does not double in price just off of those fees and interest. In short they tried to scam me. They told me that it was because of the interest. xx!!!!! I did the math. With the trade in, taxes, interest, and all the fees......an 8000 dollar over charge!!!!!! Avoid this dealer at all costs. I wanted to share details of my recent visit to Hudson Nissan this past weekend. Being that I live outside of New Jersey, I worked with John Bayani daily over the phone for almost a week to discuss purcha Nissan this past weekend. Being that I live outside of New Jersey, I worked with John Bayani daily over the phone for almost a week to discuss purchase of a used car. Over that time, John was extremely patient and willing to answer all of my questions in effort to make me feel comfortable enough to make the trip to the dealership. I am always very hesitant with new car purchases, as many people can agree that car dealerships have a reputation for being dishonest. From my experience, this dealership was the exception to the rule. The staff made the process really easy and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again next purchase. Go see Johnny for your next Nissan, you won't regret it. -B More
I used to get my Maxima Serviced at this dealer. They always messed up my car and i had to go back and forth with the dealership to have my maxima fixed. Once they used aftermarket brakes when I had paid always messed up my car and i had to go back and forth with the dealership to have my maxima fixed. Once they used aftermarket brakes when I had paid for original brakes and when i got it checked up at a sears auto mall, they said they were aftermarket cheap brakes. The reason i went to sears was after replacing the brake pads at Hudson Nissan the brakes were making squeaking noise on reverse. Also they messed up my ECM when they replaced the throttle chamber, they messed up the Air Flow meter when they replaced and serviced ignition system & spark plugs. AVOID THIS DEALER at all cost. Their service is crappy. They never call us back to let us know on the status of our service. we have to keep calling them and find out. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALER FOR SALES AND SERVICE BOTH. I have emails exchanged with this dealers on the various problems i faced. I folllowed up with Nissan Consumer Affairs and they said they will be taking actions against the dealer. More
The sales associates are absolutely unprofessional. They just try to put us on the spot and get a deal made through. Most of their certified cars have no proper CARFAX history. While I was searching for a car recently, I went to them, their cars were too pricy. When I told them that other dealers offer similar cars for less the Associate told me exactly this "Go around and **** with other dealers then". Is this something you expect from a good dealer. I am much happier with a newer Acura from Park Ave Acura. They are much more sophisticated than this dealer. Never go here. I have had bad experiences with the Service department as well. (I owned a Nissan Maxima earlier that i used to service here). More
