I came back to Hudson Nissan because of the simple fact that I was always treated special. I was surprised by how much the whole place has changed and become more modernized. My salesperson was fairly new to the company but he was very passionate about his work -- that's a big plus to me. The killer smile didn't hurt either ??. The whole process was smooth. We may not have agreed on certain things but it was quickly amended in the end. This was by far the fastest I've ever gotten out of a car dealership. The overall process was not perfect -- you can even say I didn't exactly leave with a big smile on my face but it was quickly rectified in the end. Doreen was the sweetest person and she immediately made me feel like I'm family. Hudson Nissan is all about customer satisfaction and it was evident from the moment I met her. I'm definitely coming back to Hudson Nissan. Hopefully after my lease, they'd both still be there! Highly recommend this place!! More
When I was unsure of what type of vehicle I wanted and after going to several different dealerships, I found myself in Nissan. The sales rep Jamie asked if he could be of any assistance and didn't jump d after going to several different dealerships, I found myself in Nissan. The sales rep Jamie asked if he could be of any assistance and didn't jump down my throat, just let me sit in a few vehicles and look around totally unlike Hudson Toyota where they were like vultures waiting outside and running over to my car as I was pulling in. So I wanted some more information on the Nissan Pathfinder and asked Jamie a few questions. He explained everything in full and the difference between the models and features that were offered on each. It drove beautiful and I was showed all the different color options. He made sure I was completely comfortable in my purchase and wanted to answer all questions I had. I decided to lease the Pathfinder, final decision. Then it was time to meet Sal Sellers to deal with my trade in vehicle. He made sure all rebates were applied to the vehicle and the price was very good, what can I say besides his smile and sense of humor lightens the idea of getting a new vehicle and the stress it can sometimes cause. He made sure all my paperwork was being processed and that I would be in my new vehicle as soon as possible. . Being it was very busy in the dealership and the vehicle had to be detailed, Jamie stayed with my new Pathfinder and helped in the detailing process himself. The team is very dedicated in getting you the car of your choice and getting you the best finance interest rate possible. It was a pleasant experience overall and I would highly recommend this to any customer who wants to get a great deal on a car. Khurram Zaman and Ali Ahmed went above and beyond to get me approved and they were very patient in explaining the details of the vehicle as well as the paperwork related to finance. More

I would NOT recommend this place for new buys. Combined with my ignorance on certain facts, I had a rather terrible experience with this dealership. We requested for a internet quote on Nissan Rogue an with my ignorance on certain facts, I had a rather terrible experience with this dealership. We requested for a internet quote on Nissan Rogue and went to the location on the same day for a test drive. Liked Nissan Rogue and Altima 2013 models and asked for the quote. The sales person suggested that lease is the best option. Since this is the first time buy for me, I asked for the numbers to make my decision. I preferred Rogue SV. Though my credit history is good, he came with high numbers for lease Those numbers are big for me and we tried to leave. The sales person insisted to provide my numbers. I have asked for half of what they said expecting that he would say not possible. The negotiation went on for three hours. It was late in the night by then (9:30pm) and I requested them to provide me the lease documentation (I don't know then it is my right in NJ to get the lease documentation atleast 24 hours before) so that I can come the other day and complete the formalities. They outrightly rejected and didn't provide the same. I asked them the lease terms and what is considered normal wear and tear according to Nissan. They gave vague answers and never gave a correct answer to this (Nissan website specifically lists them in their website). Becoming uncomfortable, I wanted to leave the permises and indicated the same. Then he called atleast three more guys and started putting more pressure to buy the vehicle. They offered an upgrade (SL) for a little higher price saying that today is the end of their fiscal year and they wanted to sell the vehicle. All four guys started putting pressure saying that I have to close the deal on the same day and this is the least price you can ever find on the market. They started showing their frustration and mockery for not able to make a decisoin. Since the atmosphere is becoming intimidating, I told them that I cannot make a decision and wanted to leave. It was very late in the night by then (11pm) and no other customers in the premises. They asked us to sit in another room and all four came after 20 min and insisted that I lease the car. Due to the intimidation and belief that the lease value may be the lowest around, I atlast agreed to buy. I signed the paperwork and the guy who is doing the paper work is not interested in explaining anything. He kept on saying that I don't need to go through them in detail. At last I had to take delivery at 12am. We received the internet quote from the same dealership on the next weekday and alas ... the quote is $45 dollars/month less with $0 down. The mileage on the car for the first 3 days was also very less than advertised. We went to the same manager who made the deal and showed the same. He asked us to leave his room/premises and said we are sick guys to talk about the lease price than enjoying the car. He also said that we don't get the advertised mileage and SUVs are supposed to have less mileage anyways. I tried to argue with him on the lease part and he reiterated that we are sick to ask him the same thing. I submitted feedback to Nissan after 20 days or so and someone from Nissan did call me. I narrated the whole thing and I am told that they cannot do anything now. I am just hoping the periodic services here would be better than my experience with the buy. With all the above, I understand that I am sick to buy from there which made be feel very bad and also felt cheated. I would say they just took advantage of my ignorance and the situation. if you are well aware of your rights, facts and did your research, you may get a better deal than what I had. But just be aware that this dealership is not fair and don't reveal the facts. More
Walked in there not expecting much. Just another dealer trying to waste my time. But I was overtaken by the smiles and friendliness that awaited me. The managers gave me a great offer on my trade in. And worked hard to stay within my payments comfort zone. This wasn't my first stop in the last two weeks of shopping for a new car and I can honestly say that. Hudson Nissan was by far the most pleasurable and friendliest of the rest. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that's looking for a real joy while shopping for a new car. More
Purchasing my new 2013 Altima was an easy and simple experience. The pleasant and friendly atmosphere displayed at the dealership dismissed the anxiety of purchasing a new car. I felt at ease during the whole process and never at any time did I feel pressured. My salesperson, Eugene Bonvenca, was professional and very pleasant. He was very informative and made sure that I was well-instructed with the operation of my new car before I drove it home on Saturday. I would recommend Hudson Nissan dealership. In fact, this morning on returning back to the office, I discussed with several co-workers the purchasing of my new car and how easy and pleasant the whole purchasing experience was at this particular dealership. This is a follow up to my review of 9/10/12. While it did take a long time to resolve the issues on my new Nissan Rogue, the customer service department and Doreen in particular was very helpful and acco did take a long time to resolve the issues on my new Nissan Rogue, the customer service department and Doreen in particular was very helpful and accommodating. She arranged for a rental car while we waited for the registration and new license plates to arrive. Despite my anger and dissatisfaction she was always pleasant,sympathetic and most importantly, she found solutions. Overall, I am happy with my 2012 Nissan Rogue and look forward to a good working relationship with the service department. More
