BEST DEALER AROUND!!! I just recently leased a new SUV from Hudson Nissan and I can't say enough good things about them... I had a issue with car and they really took care I just recently leased a new SUV from Hudson Nissan and I can't say enough good things about them... I had a issue with car and they really took care of me. They are not like all the other dealers that once you drive off they don't care about your needs anymore. I would recommend Ash as the salesman, he was very friendly and listens to your needs. The GM, Sales manager, and Finance Manager were all very friendly and walked me through my all my options. I can for once say I walked out of there loving my car and not feeling like disappointed with the outcome, unlike most dealers I've done business with in the past.. I will be going back for my next car, and will HIGHLY recommend this dealer to ALL. Thanks Again Hudson Nissan!! Sue More
WORST PLACE EVER!! This place has to have the worst customer service ever they don't even deserve a star!!! I was having issues with my Rogue since April issues that wer This place has to have the worst customer service ever they don't even deserve a star!!! I was having issues with my Rogue since April issues that were causing me to almost get into car accidents. Took the car in many times and they couldn't find a problem with it. As soon as the problems got worse and they didn't know what to do the rudeness and the attitude started. I mean these people wanted nothing to do with me and they didn't want to help me out at all. One day i drove the car to them for service and had to drive in the emergency lane to avoid an accident and these people had the nerve to send me back home in the car because they couldn't see me without an appointment Joshua who i had issues with before this said he was getting ready to leave and that i couldn't be seen and to come in the next morning with the car. On another time with the same person (Joshua) one of the managers had filled out paperwork for a loner car and because i couldn't make it before 4 these people wanted to send me back home without a loaner car it took me cursing this man out and making a scene for my paperwork to magically appear. On another occasion my car stayed with them for over month and these people didn't even want to give me a loaner car. It wasn't until i got the service manager (Steve) involved that i was finally able to get a loaner car but all the other times these people were making me spend work days and miss work hours to make it to them for nothing to be resolved. They were never willing to work with my schedule they always said i needed to go in the morning and during the week do they think people don't work and can just go and spend a day there ??? I made complaints about this to the manager and even to the general manager but apparently nothing is being done because friends that i have that go there get treated badly as well. Even when i was finally going in for my last time to return their broken car back I walk into the service department because the letter from nissan gave me a time to go in at and told me to go to the service department. Julian literally kicked me out and told me i didn't have an appointment he sent me to my sales person who had nothing to do with this. Javier my sales person got so annoyed he went himself to complain to Steve because towards the end they kept sending me straight to him. I spent so much time at this place that i dealt with everyone that works there and they are all the same if not worse. They have no respect for their clients. Michael was ok but even he started to give my dad the run around and would even ignore us once we started to go in repeatedly.This place is just horrible i can go on and on about how bad and nasty the people here are...Do yourselves a favor and don't buy from these people because the service will make you regret it. I was so happy once I was able to get out of the lease with them and wanted nothing more to do with this place. Nissan tried to get me to get another car with them but i said i wanted nothing to do with them due to the horrible service and treatment i received in the short amount of time i had the lease. Even a friend that i sent to get a car from them has received bad service from them as well he is waiting for his lease to be up to be done with this place. If you want good service go to Honda in Mahwah these people are amazing they make the entire experience a great one. More

Worst Customer Service Ever! This will be the first and last time i ever purchase a car from this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The sales rep I had was Adam. This will be the first and last time i ever purchase a car from this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The sales rep I had was Adam. My car was sold to me with bad tires and without a spare tire. When this issue was brought to their attention, they said they could not help unless the car was physically in their posession. Even with the car in their posession, it was not guaranteed how much, if any, help I'd receive from them. Being out of state, it's inconventient to drive to NJ just to "maybe" have them fix the issue. Not only that, Adam went as far to say "..maybe you should've bought the car in Connecticut." What kind of customer service is that? Never again. More

My sales manager Omar and finance manager Isais, were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. All of my questions were answered accordingly. Omar took the time to explain every detail of options available to me, as my credit isn't the best. I left the dealership confident and very pleased with my purchase and the service I received. I'll defiantly return to Hudson Nissan and will also be recommending anyone I know to purchase from them as well.. great working,professional, pleasant and patient team!!! More

Seriously, If you tell them your looking to buy, the response is "finance". What? The guy offers me a 2011 Juke with over 40,000 miles and tells me that this might be the car in "my range". Clearly this guy had no interest in trying to sell me a vehicle, or work to lean me toward giving him my business to his dealership to purchase a vehicle from their lot. These sales people ought to spend as much time researching the demand of the vehicles new and used and whats out there so they will be prepared when a person comes to their lot and basically tells them that their cars are way over-priced in comparison to other Nissan Dealerships. And in realizing that they should figure out a best laid plan to win me or any one over to purchase from them. Its a wonder why people have more bad experiences than good when it comes to dealerships, cause the most simple basic elements of identifying the consumer needs and wants goes out the window. It feels like dealerships like these get bigger in volume, but diminish in the consumer experience unless you do things under their terms. Best Experience Ever I can't say thank you enough to all the people that were involved in getting me into a brand new car, and doing it by taking the time to work with me I can't say thank you enough to all the people that were involved in getting me into a brand new car, and doing it by taking the time to work with me and my very difficult situation. I will be recommending them for years to come. Anybody that goes should ask for Omar, or Caesar as a sales person because they are both great guys. Omar was my actually service person and made the experience very pleasurable, but Caesar was very nice as well talking to me when Omar was doing paperwork so I didn't feel like the wait was so lengthy. All the customers there seemed happy as well. Great price for what I got, and it has all the features that I was looking for. Definitely the best!!! More
