Brought my car in to have alarm repaired. Each time I called they told me it was being fixed. After a week and a half they finally told me it was fixed. I picked up the car and the alarm was still not called they told me it was being fixed. After a week and a half they finally told me it was fixed. I picked up the car and the alarm was still not working. They told me the remote was broken so they couldn't test the alarm. They said I needed a new remote for $250 (they sell for $50 elsewhere) I put in a new battery and remote works fine. Alarm is still not working. It was a waste of a week and a half and alarm was never fixed. Worst Service experience I have ever had. More

While at the dealership,two nights ago, I needed to return to home to care for my 95 year old mom. My Hyundai was brought in for servicing and I had no choice but to walk to the bus stop several blocks away. These two wonderful people made sure I got home safely and quickly learning of my dilemma. What beautiful work and life ethics Mohammed and Imran displayed! They deserve the respect of their peers and accolades from their superiors. More

I contacted the salesmen jack and he said to contact the service department manager (Forgot Name Not Eddie). I tried several times to contacted this guy since he was the only one who was authorizes to take care of my issue and to assign me a loaner during the repair. After a couple of months I finally contacted this person and he told me that they can’t fix AUDI’s, so I had to take it to and the AUDI service department in Secaucus NJ and they will honor the warranty. I arrange to fix the car at the Audi service department and a few days later I was told that the warranty did not cover any of the damages and the total due was $1700.00!!!!!!!!! I then contacted Hudson Hyundai and after hours of arguing back and forth with Jack, Greg and the service guy they stated that they couldn’t do anything since the problem wasn’t reported right after the purchase??????? This dealership is the worst when it comes to service, this is the 3rd car I buy for them and I always had an issue, but this one toped them all. I will no longer buy a car from them ever again and I will share my discontent with this place with whoever I can to save them from headaches and future problems. Can’t wait for jack to call me and ask me if I’m looking to trade again !!!!!!!!!!! More

1. The finance officer was trying to rip by using lies to sell all those gap and excessive wear and tear. 2. The MSRP looks cheap but the price jacks up especially when leasing. 3. I got the tires w/ 45-47 psi w/c I had almost an accident 3 times in a week. 4. The tire deflated for no reason. After a month, same tire deflated without puncture. 5. The service department scheduled my appointment for the next week just for the tire service knowing that I had the sealant in my tire. In Hyundai manual, it says to go to the dealer ASAP because tire w/ sealant is not safe to drive. 6. Cheap car brand has a cheap service regardless how they make the models look like euro cars! More

Went to the dealer for Spring Maintenance. Also, has my brakes done. I thought the prices were very competitive, and the service department was eager to be of assistance. I have bought 3 or 4 cars from thi brakes done. I thought the prices were very competitive, and the service department was eager to be of assistance. In the fall when I am able to get through the summer (as a teacher-we dont get paid in the summer), I will most defintely go back for a new car. My current vehicle, at 90,000 runs like a new car. After being loyal to this dealership since 2003...I regret to say that there will no longer be a relationship between us...I have decided that due to their unprofessional and rude General Manager I wil regret to say that there will no longer be a relationship between us...I have decided that due to their unprofessional and rude General Manager I will be conducting all my business elsewhere. They made a big mistake hiring that guy, and although I heard stories around about him, I wasnt convinced until I became a victim. His nasty comments and rude undertones allows for him to destroy 8 year relationships in a matter of 5 minutes. Good luck Hudson Hyundai you will need it. I have never been so insulted in my entire life and even called the 800 number to tell them the things he said to me. They were outraged, once they take your money, the brown nosing is over. More
