Worst Experience Ever This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. Recently bought a 2017 Santa Fe I was given a temp tag which expired within 20days of purch This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had. Recently bought a 2017 Santa Fe I was given a temp tag which expired within 20days of purchasing this vehicle. It has been almost a month now. I have been calling the dealership for a total of 7days straight; I left multiple messages to the sales manager Rick Riverio which he has yet to respond to any of my calls or emails. No one in the dealership has any sense of customer services or a sense of any type of urgency. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership once you buy you will not be able to get in contact with anyone. There is no receptionist to answer any phone calls, so good luck getting anyone in case of an emergency. The only way to can get someone ever the phone is through the sale specialty department which places you on hold and never answers you back. After calling for one week prior to my tag being expired I drove to the dealership to get some answers. They had no insight to why it was taking motor vehicle so long to process my license plate, the only thing they can do for me is to hold my new vehicle and give me a loaner until I my license plate comes in. Please note the loaner they gave me smell like cigarettes, it was dirty both inside and out and it was a much smaller vehicle compared to what I purchased which was a major inconvenience for me and my large family. I understand sometimes things are out of the dealership control but not getting a response from them and having to take time off of work to go down to the dealership to get a reason to why my plates are not in yet was not what I expected as a so called "Value Customer". More
