Slow and Unorganized The entire process took way too long. My husband and I were at the dealership 7+ hours waiting for our car to be ready. We were in their waiting room The entire process took way too long. My husband and I were at the dealership 7+ hours waiting for our car to be ready. We were in their waiting room area with no information or contact with anyone. We had no idea what was going on. It took forever to speak to the finance person to finish our deal. When we returned to Hoboken to update our resident parking pass we found that the dealership had forgotten to give us our temporary registration and would not mail us the paper. We then had to go BACK to the dealership to pick it up. We did not get new plates with our purchase. When our updated registration was in, we were called and told that our new PLATES were in, this was incorrect. When I called back to explain this, I was brushed off and told "oh then, the registration is in" I was told I had to come out AGAIN to pick up the registration because they don't mail anything out locally. I called back to complain, there is no reason they could not send the registration via regular mail, which is what I convinced them to do. Overall this process was long and unorganized. Communication was very poor. I would not recommend Hudson Hyundai. We have leased and bought cars in the past and this was the most drawn out, haphazard experience we have had to endure. We were very displeased and it would be very unlikely that we would purchase from Hudson Hyundai again. More
