Hudson Hyundai is a dealership who want $ from their customers not their best interest. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra with complimentary service for three years. Upon my second routine service app customers not their best interest. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Elantra with complimentary service for three years. Upon my second routine service appointment they wanted $150. The dealership did not inform me of this service charge until I was checking in with the service advisor. The previous maintenance sticker adhere to my windshield stating the mileage for the next service is 10,977 but my dominator read 9,773. After virtually checking in for the service I cancelled this scheduled appointment. This wasted one and a half hours of my time this morning. This dealership only after your money. Watch out More

I have contacted them several time completed. I keep getting letters from this dealership's sales manager even though I have never owned a Hyundai. I have contacted them several times via email and also contacted their corporate headquarters in CA. I have opted out of marketing at their request (though, didn't need to because I was never a customer in the first place), and was even promised it would cease, yet I'm still getting harassed on almost a monthly basis. Based on this experience, I wouldn't buy a ham sandwich from these folks. More
