A long day, but a very happy outcome Because of all of the paper work and just the time it takes to buy a new car was a bit much. I especially appreciated the way Justin (the salesperson kept me informed of what was going on. This is truly a dealership that gets customer service RIGHT!!!! More
AWFUL EXPERIENCE AS A RETURNING CUSTOMER I walked into Hudson Hyundai as a returning customer with the intention of taking advantage of a promotion that Jeremy Sharp emailed me about. I was I walked into Hudson Hyundai as a returning customer with the intention of taking advantage of a promotion that Jeremy Sharp emailed me about. I was approached by Ron Barahona, I mentioned the email and my intentions to Ron. Ron, instead mislead me about the promotion and guided me into something different. Joe G is the sales manager who along with Ron took part in misleading me throughout the ordeal. Joe was the sales manager who was involved in approving my monthly payment but didn't deliver the agreed amount. Joe was so involved in the sale but so inactive to help resolve the situation. As per Ron, Joe would a car payment, all-weather mats after i submitted an excellent review. Colatrella who is the finance manager printed the contract but never mentioned anything about the agreed monthly price changing. when I ask Marc to explain all he could say, was the monthly agreed price changed because my registration fees were not calculated correctly. This has been my experience as a returning customer. beware!! More

Dissatisfied customer with standard vehicle lesser value I brought back a leased vehicle 2015 Tuscon heated seats automatic push button and I received a standard vehicle I gave them a better truck they char I brought back a leased vehicle 2015 Tuscon heated seats automatic push button and I received a standard vehicle I gave them a better truck they charge me 90.00 dollars more a month and i am having a time getting back into a truck that has the same as my 2015 i have never had a standard i was told if i bring it back i will have to pay more keep in mine I am paying 90.00 dollars more for lesser value truck an i have dealt with these people as a good customer for years I did not see that they gave me a standard vehicle till I left why would i want a standard vehicle ...when i had automatic seats as well heated seats my 2015 was practically new i had only 18,000 mile i was suppose to receive a truck of same value not lesser value More
