George was very kind, professional, and efficient and I did not walk out of this dealership tired. Actually, I walked out pleased and enjoyed the purchase. I am saying this because it happened to me in the past that I spent more than five hours waiting to purchase a car and walked out without a purchase because of an extremely poor service. The gentleman in the Hyundai Hudson finances was very kind, professional and efficient as well. The rest of personnel around was smiling and greeting. Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 Turbo is a fantastic car with all sophisticated equipment. George knowledgeably explained the functions of the car and paired the phone to the car phone system. All questions were answered. I am completely satisfied by the service and will go back to Hudson Hyundai when the time comes for a new car purchase. Dealer only cares about quantity of sales not quality Purchased car a while back but finally writing an honest review of this place. Price listed for vehicle was what got me in the door to this place. Not much negotiation from this place, but after things were signed you are in for a surprise. Here is where it all begins, on the day of the pickup and signing paper work you realize that they only provide you with only a single key (usually for the test drive they just bring one only to drive the vehicle). Then after they prep the car for pickup you get in the car you would think that the manuals & extra key would be presented to you if they had it in safe keeping, which was definitely not the case. Already unhappy, I get in the car on a hot day before leaving the car I start it up I TRY to put the sun visor down and BAM! the visor literally falls out of the stem. I go in to complain and the same salesman is nowhere to be found. After waiting he said I would have to schedule an appointment to have it looked at and replaced. I'm from out of state bear in mind which will cost tolls and time for a visor that would cost probably $75 alone for the visor itself. I can do it myself, but being under warranty it should be covered by them. Obviously coming back here would not be the most economical thing. The registration was supposed to be mailed to me less than 2 weeks. Come the 3-4th week nothing, every time I call this establishment I get the run around transfer left and transfer right no one knows anything (how come you couldn't forget to charge me for the car?). Being fed up with all this fiasco they want to play games, so I keep calling they hang up and I told them if you don't get me to the right person I will continue to call each and every second if I have to, to disrupt the business. Finally I had spoken to a manager and long behold he said we found it! Thank goodness, so he says "we can mail it to you", well why couldn't it have been mailed to me in the first place as discussed? Wasting no time and trying to avoid driving a car without registration after weeks of no registration which means I can't even transfer my plates, I sucked it up and just went there myself to pickup the paperwork to never deal with this place ever again. Don't be fooled by the prices they entice you with, only to be caught up with hidden surprises. Purchase with caution or don't purchase at all from this place. P.S. I went to my local Subaru to try to replace the sun visor only to be told it would be not be replaced under warranty since someone "maliciously" pulled it out of the stem and was not natural wear and tear. Bear in mind this was still under the 3 year full warranty. I had to go through Subaru of America to start a complaint and sure enough it was replaced and I went to another Subaru dealership to avoid retribution for complaining about them. The key portion was quoted for key,cutting, programming to be somewhere in the ~$350 range. Still to this day I do not have a manual and the online listing from Subaru does not even contain my year and model. More

We agreed to the eprice on there website for a CPO Sonata. After all the paperwork was completed, the general manager came out and tried to tell us there would be an additional $1000 charge for the CPO. We would have none of his games. We grabbed our paperwork and ripped it up in the middle of the dealership and walked out. He chased us out to our car and told us it was a mistake. We went back in and he wouldn’t look at us after that. We purchased the car because it was a really good deal. Our sales, Nate , was awesome. The dealership management are a bunch of carnival workers. More
