Rafael was very helpful and very friendly. My family and I had been on many trips to visit different dealerships in New Jersey, none of the other sales employees anywhere else made an effort to make our you I had been on many trips to visit different dealerships in New Jersey, none of the other sales employees anywhere else made an effort to make our young son feel comfortable and like he was part of the decision. Employees at other dealerships ignored my son or made us feel as though we shouldn't have brought him with us because he's so energetic but Rafael appreciated seeing our whole family there. From the moment Rafael greeted us it was apparent that he wasn't just concerned with the sale but with making us feel welcome and comfortable with such a big decision.
