The service department scheduled my appointment for the next week just for the tire service knowing that I had the sealant in my tire. In Hyundai manual, it says to go to the dealer ASAP because tire w/ sealant is not safe to drive. 6. Cheap car brand has a cheap service regardless how they make the models look like euro cars! More
I was expecting the staff to be your typical salesmen however i had a great salesman(Mohamed). He was very polite and worked with me in every detail to see that I was pleased. I would reccomend this place and the salesman I had as they did not talk down to me, being a women.They are very willing to work with you and help find a vehicle for you that fits with your budget. Everyone there was so polite and friendly and took the stress away of having to spend money on a car, when in my case, I had not planned on doing so until next year. In my 57 years I have never experienced such a difficult transaction filled with lies and deceit. I worked with Mohammed Ansari and Lou Pierro and I've never met two people that fit the stereotype descript transaction filled with lies and deceit. I worked with Mohammed Ansari and Lou Pierro and I've never met two people that fit the stereotype description of a car salesman. It took two months to receive my plates with constant phone calls and visits to Hudson Hyundai. They acted in a very disgraceful manner with no business sense and customer service. I did meet with Christina Difeo who was as helpful as she can be and the only person who apologized. She is a rose among many thorns. It wasn't only the problem with the plates but the deceitful way the forms where presented to me for signature...I didn't find out the price of the car until the last form...even though I had been asking. Never will I deal with this dealer again. I don't recommend them at all! They also added about $5,000 of insurance on a $10,000 car which I have since canceled. I must have temporailly gone insane when I signed these forms and didn't heed to my intuition to run. More

But, Rod never made me feel that way…it was like I was dealing with a friend. He worked with me to get me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted (thanks Rod?)….Love my Elanta!!!! Justin's down to earth approach made it even easier to come and ask questions concerning the car that I was looking to purchase and even helped me get a better offer for the vehicle I had to trade to lower the asking price for the Accent that I was interested in.
