What a horrible experience!! The girls at the desk don't know the difference between a GL and GLS. I drove nearly an hour to get to this dealership only to find out they didn't have the car I wanted. don't know the difference between a GL and GLS. When I called, the girls at the desk said they're automatic. Then the car salesman, Ruddy Balbi was so rude. He just was not willing to negotiate at all in the beginning. When I tried taking some money off, he immediately said, "not happening.' So, I got up and was ready to leave. Then he tried giving me the price I wanted, but I ended up declining because they were all about games. I wanted to see one car and they "couldn't find the keys." Then the next excuse was that they "couldn't find the car." HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! More

An amazing place. Ulises Puig was awesome, as I looked on their website after a friends of mine recommended them after going to MANY dealerships and getting run arounds, crazy prices, etc. I emailed them a their website after a friends of mine recommended them after going to MANY dealerships and getting run arounds, crazy prices, etc. I emailed them a question about their stock and they responded back within, what seemed like, MINUTES! Ulises listened to the car, model and type I wanted, made an appt with me and the cars I liked from their online stock were lined up and waiting for me when I pulled up. We went for a test drive, he answered all questions, did not give us the run around with prices, etc. and we ended up buying my 2011 Pre-Certified Hyundai Sonata right there - that same night. Even after driving off the lot, Ulises has answered several emails and phone calls from me on questions about my car and has helped me tremendously. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to EVERYONE, and when my husband's Hyundai Tuscon (with 91,000 miles on it) finally retires...we will be back to this dealership to buy our next Hyundai. More

I live in Cherry Hill, NJ (approx. 90 miles away from this dealership). I was interested in Honda Civic LX that is listed on their website for $8,990. I called in three times and everytime i was told tha this dealership). I was interested in Honda Civic LX that is listed on their website for $8,990. I called in three times and everytime i was told that the vehicle is still there and everything in the vehicle is in working condition. I even called the sales representative before leaving from my apt. and the representative said the vehicle is available. When I reached there, I was told that the vehicle was sold the previous day. That was so disappointing and stressful where you drive 90 miles each way and find that you went there only to hear one word "SOLD". On top of this, the sales representative, instead of apologizing, kept on repeating that the online sales representative does not know about he current inventory. What a dummy representative (Pedro) he was. Even if this is true, he shouldn't have told this to the disappointed customer. He started showing me other cars and I told him twice that I am not interested in buying from this dealership at all. I went and talk to manager about this case and he went to find out what the matter was. He returned and told me that the vehicle had transmission issue and is wholesaled and he got to know about this issue when he went to find out. what kind of manager is that who does not know about his inventory. My visit was a total waste of time and money. I asked for reimbursement and he offered me $20 as reimbursement. As a manager he should know the cost of driving 180 miles with gas and toll. Upon mentioning that I paid toll only for $15 dollar, he offered me $10 more dollar. The entire scenario was so embarrassing that even after my commitment of paying $9000 cash, I wasn't told about the car properly. These people are careless and dumb. They hardly know whats going on behind their back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. STAY AWAY. More

I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know that are on the market for an automobile. The dealer, Mohammed Liaquat exemplied outstanding customer service, professionalism and was very respectful. I are on the market for an automobile. I came into the dealership with a hoop tie and my credit was far from being perfect, however Mr. Liaquat reassured me that he would do everything he can do work with me. Needless to say, I walked out with a 2010 Hyundai Elantra for a good price considering my credit. Also, Mr. Liaquat went over and above by parking the car in a convenient place for me to be able to get out because of the rush hour traffic and he walked back across the street. He did not have to do that. I really appreciated his honesty and hospitality. Keep up the great work. You will be Salesman of the Month/Year if I can help it. More
