Brought my car in to have alarm repaired. Each time I called they told me it was being fixed. After a week and a half they finally told me it was fixed. I picked up the car and the alarm was still not called they told me it was being fixed. After a week and a half they finally told me it was fixed. I picked up the car and the alarm was still not working. They told me the remote was broken so they couldn't test the alarm. They said I needed a new remote for $250 (they sell for $50 elsewhere) I put in a new battery and remote works fine. Alarm is still not working. It was a waste of a week and a half and alarm was never fixed. Worst Service experience I have ever had. More
I worked with Ulises Puig. From the start I could tell he was not a typical fast talking sales person. He was honest and straight forward. I felt completely comfortable and felt I was in good hands. Bought a used GMC at this dealer in 07/22/2013 and a week later I have to drop it off to correct some things wrong with the car . Car the dealer today and they told me it will take another 4 to 5 days to get the car back . regardless to say that I paid for a used car $25000.00 and for 2 weeks now I'm riding on bus to go to work and come back home because not even a loaner was offered to me . Sales people was amazing before I signed for any paper work but after I signed for it it's like "you're on your own" . ...... Very disappointed with after sale support ....... More

While at the dealership,two nights ago, I needed to return to home to care for my 95 year old mom. My Hyundai was brought in for servicing and I had no choice but to walk to the bus stop several blocks away. These two wonderful people made sure I got home safely and quickly learning of my dilemma. What beautiful work and life ethics Mohammed and Imran displayed! They deserve the respect of their peers and accolades from their superiors. More
I bought an AUDI early this year and soon after the I bought an AUDI early this year and soon after the purchase I had several issues with the car. I contacted the salesmen jack and he said to contact the service department manager (Forgot Name Not Eddie). I tried several times to contacted this guy since he was the only one who was authorizes to take care of my issue and to assign me a loaner during the repair. After a couple of months I finally contacted this person and he told me that they can’t fix AUDI’s, so I had to take it to and the AUDI service department in Secaucus NJ and they will honor the warranty. I arrange to fix the car at the Audi service department and a few days later I was told that the warranty did not cover any of the damages and the total due was $1700.00!!!!!!!!! I then contacted Hudson Hyundai and after hours of arguing back and forth with Jack, Greg and the service guy they stated that they couldn’t do anything since the problem wasn’t reported right after the purchase??????? This dealership is the worst when it comes to service, this is the 3rd car I buy for them and I always had an issue, but this one toped them all. I will no longer buy a car from them ever again and I will share my discontent with this place with whoever I can to save them from headaches and future problems. Can’t wait for jack to call me and ask me if I’m looking to trade again !!!!!!!!!!! More

trading in car with autotrader quote, habby gave the best price (although we were disappointed that no one met the quote from autotrader although our car was as close to new as possible) but that is no refl price (although we were disappointed that no one met the quote from autotrader although our car was as close to new as possible) but that is no reflection on him. He was more congenial than any other salesperson we met at all dealerships combined, was courteous, fun, and honest. The dealership in general was nice, when I arrived and he was unavailable, more than one person came over to assist me and help find him. Gave me a lift to the train station. All great service. More

The short version of my story is this: I dealt with Mohammed Ansari after coming in from an Internet deal I found on cars.com for a 2012 Hyundai Accent GLS with 10,000 miles on it for $12,999. I was skeptical because other dealers were asking $14-$16 K, some with even more miles on it. Something had to be wrong, I said to myself.. To my surprise, my initial visit to Hudson Hyundai was pleasant.. I got to test drive the car (which drove great by the way) and the price for the car was what was advertised. [continued below].... ..... I said I was not ready to decide that day since this was for another family member. I told them I was not ready to decide that day since the car was for a family member.. Then I got the sales pitch..... "What do we have to do to get you to decide today." I said... Well the car we are trading in is a 1999 Nissan Sentra with 46,000 original miles on it.. The body is messed up but the car rides great.. I then showed them the actual pictures of the car and all the damage that was on it. I said, we were originally asking $2,500 for it and if you can give us a good deal on the trade, I will leave a deposit today. They replied, well the car is beat up and we are not going to do anything with it.. We will end up crushing it because we cant sell it.. We could give you $500 on trade. I replied that was not enough.. If we got at least $1,500 or $1,000 for it, I would leave a deposit. They said, Ok, if we give you $1,000 for it, do we have a deal, to which I replied yes we do. Left the deposit and made plans to bring my mom back the following Monday to pick up the car. NOTE- When i went into Hudson Auto Group, Hudson Hyundai, I was not in the trade in vehicle. They saw pictures of all the body damage to the car. Fast Forward to that Monday--- So what happened. We gave them the check, copy of license, insurance etc, and guess what! Just as others have reviewed before me , they came back and changed the deal. They said that I misrepresented the condition of the car and that they would not give us $1,000 for trade.. I got really upset and said, I told you the car had body damage, showed you the pictures.. Mohammed Ansari replied- "Who would give you a thousand dollars for that car.. You are not taking responsibility here." I had shown them the pictures and was totally upfront about the condition of the car.. I told him this and said, you guys said you were not even going to sell the trade in, you were going to junk it.. How can you be saying this is my fault! Bottom line is that these guys are a BUNCH OF CROOKS.. It was the end of the month and they wanted to make a sale. The gave me the $1,000 on trade without even seeing the car.. We got insurance on the Hyundai and had traveled for hours to get it (Holland tunnel traffic is horrible)...They pulled this on other reviewers as well.. Said it was one price and then changed things last minute.. The probably thought we had come so far and would give in.. xxxx NO. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Hudson Auto Group is RATED F (on June 24, 2013) from the better business bureau of a reason!!! If it seems to good to be true it is!!! More
