Hudson Hyundai is a fraud! I went in there wanted to buy the car that was advertised on their website with the internet sales price. I brought the print out with the car info and the price on it. Right after the test drive, before I even had a chance to ask more question, I was told by the salesperson Rod Mallari that ALL THE CAR LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE HAVE A HEFTY $1250.00 INTERNET FEE. That means, whatever price you see on the website is simply a bait, add $1250.00 to that price will be your real purchase price! I thought I misunderstood him, but Rod Mallari took out a pen and a piece of paper and added $1250.00 to the internet sales price and pointed the sum to me and told me this is the real price I have to pay to buy the car. After giving me the surprising news, Rod Mallari got up to get me the key for my second test drive and never came back! I waited by his desk for 15 minutes then walked all over the dealership to find him. In the end, I just gave up and walked out that deceitful and dishonest place. P.S. The car I test drove has dents and scratches all over the car and they were not mentioned on the website. More
This team of dedicated professionals should be congrated on their "old School" customer service effort! He completed treated us with respect and listen to our concerns regarding what we wanted from our new car. Fazel did his absoulute best to make this car buying experience enjoyable. Once Greg Fredericks came into the picture things went even smoother. Greg was again courteous, polite, and ttreated both my wife and i with dignity and respect. This dealership is the exception rather than the rule as far as I am concerned. The young man in the financial department man was very polite took his time and explained all of the fine print to myself and my wife. We were blown away buy this treatment and would highly recommed this dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai. They bring back "old school" customer service and when I am looking for another car this would be my first stop! Congratulation to Fazel, Greg, and the young man in the finance department for making this experience and enjoyable one! More

We are now the happy owners of a beautiful 2013 Hyundai Elantra! Our salesmen, Joe and Sergio , helped us in what could have been a stressful day, into a very productive day. Their experience, knowledge and kind manner helped us a great deal. We really didn't know exactly what we wanted, only that it should be gold! Not much to go on, but they were very patient with us. After looking at many cars ,they brought out the Chai Bronze, fully loaded Hyundai Elantra Ltd.! That was the car! We love it. I went back twice after the purchase, once to pick up the license plates and another for the second key and also to get us back onto the Syrius XM station( we were prematurely taken off, we should have had it until December, and now we're back on it!) Joe G. and Sergio were as helpful and patient both times just as they were on the day of sale. I was very comfortable with them especially while they were showing me how to work everything ( the GPS, Bluetooth, etc.) because I am a senior citizen, 72 yrs. old. We originally went to the dealership today to have our 2007 Elantra serviced. As always the service staff were professional and very friendly. As we waited we were approached by Mo Liaquat who saw our i 2007 Elantra serviced. As always the service staff were professional and very friendly. As we waited we were approached by Mo Liaquat who saw our interest in the new Elantras. Mo was very friendly and helpful. He happily spent a lot of time with us even though we had stated it was highly unlikely that we would purchase a car today. He was professional at all times and exremely knowledgable about the vehicle as well as being able to give comparisons to our current model. With the help of his manager, Joe, we were able to arrive at an attractive price and are the proud owners of a new 2013 Elantra. We will continue to use this dealership both for maintenace and for any future purchases and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. More
