Imran was a pleasure to work with he was patient, friendly, and courteous. When we arrived to the dealership he immediately greeted us. I am extreamly greatful for all of the hard work that Rudy Balbi did for me. I was untouchable by all of the car dealerships from NY to PA. Noone was willing to do buisness with me because of my bad cred Rudy Balbi did for me. I was untouchable by all of the car dealerships from NY to PA. When I spoke to Rudy he said, "this is going to be a difficult one", and with that said, I had given up on ever owning a new vehicle. But to my surprise, he called me an hour later with great news...I had been approved. My husband and I went to the dealership the next day, filled out all of the paperwork and ran into some complications, which Rudy handled like a champ! Long story short, Rudy is the reason why we are on the rode today. He was proffessional the entire time, yet easy going enough to make us feel like family. I came in today to sell my car actually. I wasn't able to sell it in New York City and couldn't bare the alternate side parking twice a week. I used AutoTrader to get an appraisal of the car, which p able to sell it in New York City and couldn't bare the alternate side parking twice a week. I used AutoTrader to get an appraisal of the car, which pointed me to the closest affiliated dealers. I came in with my car and left an hour after with my license plates. I wish the price was a little higher as I love that car a lot and it was in great mechanical conditions but it had some major dents on the bumpers (thanks NYC), so I had to agree. I simplified the selling process a lot for me, so i can't complain. I guess you pay for that service. Once the price was set, it all went really fast. Habby was cool, efficient, and gave me a ride back to the PATH train to the city More
