I had a wonderful experience at this dealership the other day. I went in not sure what I wanted to get. My experience at this dealer ship was fine until it came time to get my temporary license plates off and my new ones on. The dealership could not produce me with the title of the car, that I paid for in ful time to get my temporary license plates off and my new ones on. The dealership could not produce me with the title of the car, that I paid for in full. I had to be issued new temporary plates because the dealership did not even have the title of the car. During this process they were extremely rude. I called many times with questions and concerns and my sales consultant along with other members of Hudson Hyundai, could not give me any answers. I was hung up on more then once. I would wait on hold for long periods of time many times when calling. id leave messages with no call backs. I had simple questions that no one in the dealership could answer. It was very frustrating and I was hysterically upset at times. I paid for this car in full and after this dealership got their money for it they wanted nothing to do with anything. I was even told by my sales consultant, why are you still calling this is an old sale, when I had just purchased the car weeks prior. I wanted a copy of my warranty information and for someone, anyone in the dear ship to speak with me regarding it just so I understood it and no one could do so. I just had basic questions. I requested a copy of my warranty information and they have not been able to produce that. I love my car but it was a terrible experience to deal with the employees of Hudson auto group. More

This dealership is the best one that I have ever been to, and I have been to many looking for the perfect car. Once I got there, the salesman where are extremely friendly and even offered me water and snacks and I have been to many looking for the perfect car. I sat down with Mo L (Best Salesman Ever!!) to talk about a used car that I was interested in buying, after running my credit, he told me that it would be better off for me to buy a new car , which it was. I ended up paying $100 less a month for a brand new Hyundai. the process was extremely fast, the way I like it. I hate waiting around for managers and salesman to talk about the car. I was in and out within 1 hour. I got an extremely good deal!! My APR is extremely low and I can actually afford this new car. This experience made my night because this was my first "new" car, ever! :.. Needless to say I am very happy and I appreciate everyone's hard work. Mo L.
