I wasn't steered towards any specific options and go the exact car that I wanted. Joey really wants to work with you to make it a pleasant buying experience. Maurice was very knowledgeable about any leasing question that I had and took his time to explain each section of the contract. The Runaround....for $75 bucks! Recently, my 2013 Hyundai Elantra radio stopped working. I asked the service team if my remote starter, (installed in March by Hi Tech Alarm) could h Recently, my 2013 Hyundai Elantra radio stopped working. I asked the service team if my remote starter, (installed in March by Hi Tech Alarm) could have shorted out the radio. I was assured no. A new radio had to be installed. This was done a few days later at no cost, to my satisfaction. Imagine my surprise when, shortly following installation my remote did not work. The next morning I spoke to Jack N. the Service Manager. I told him the remote was working before the radio went out. He told me to take the car to Hi Tech and I would be REIMBURSED. I took the car (9 am 6/2/14) to Hi Tech where it cost close to $75 to repair. I immediately called Hyundai back twice, but could only leave a voice message. I had work done, and returned to Hyundai with my receipt. Upon seeing it; Jack N. became indignant at the amount that I'd had to pay! He told me I would have to return AGAIN for my money. Before leaving, I assured Jack I would return the next morning. That same evening I saw an email regarding my last service visit with the radio. I wrote a lengthy note of how displeased I was at this latest development. I returned the next morning and Jack stated that I would have to wait again for my money. I was very upset about this, but was assured it would be handled as soon as possible. I waited 15 minutes until the Assistant Manager (whom I've always had a good relationship with) came and reported that he spoke to Hi Tech and my ATM would be credited, but "It will take a few days." After still not receiving this, I personally called Hi Tech this morning. I was told that Hyundai promised to send a check to them, then I would be credited. REALLY? All this for $75. More

RUN!! This dealership has got to be THE worst dealership ever. I had an experience I will never forget (in the most HORRIBLE way) last year. I said I wanted This dealership has got to be THE worst dealership ever. I had an experience I will never forget (in the most HORRIBLE way) last year. I said I wanted a specific car with specific details and they told me they could get me a great price and to come there. I leased my first car there and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I live far away from this dealership to be playing games with them. They gave me a crappy deal so I left. Then they called me again saying they could get me the car I wanted at the price I said I would NOT go above, but I had to come there. So I went and of course it was not the exact car model I wanted and they were asking $100.00 more month. Clearly this did not go over well since I traveled an hour to get there for something I didn't want for a price I refused to pay. They finally got me an ok price that I am still unhappy with and we took the new lease. Well, Hudson Hyundai NEVER processed my old lease as a term end lease. I received calls saying I didn't pay my car payment on my old model I traded in. I called the dealership and they said ignore the call its all taken care of. Then I called the bank to check on that loan again to make sure it was paid off by them and it still was not. I went back and forth for MONTHS with them. I eventually drove all the way up there again and started flipping out because this is so unprofessional. The jerk-off who spoke to me told me I was wrong and to get out of his office. I called the bank right there and they said I was telling him a fact and he said no it's handled. He told me he talked with the manager and they forgave it. Then I received a threatening collection call saying the car was a repossession since I never paid on it. I checked to make sure this agency was authentic and it was. THEY NEVER PROCESSED MY LEASE AS A TERM END LEASE! I had to reach out to the head of the company to finally get it dealt with almost a year later. Never go to this dealership, even if you're desperate! This experience almost turned me away from Hyundai altogether, but thankfully someone was able to remedy it and was super apologetic to me.
