Lack of Information Like I've stated it before, I a not so happy for my extra $10.00 charge for being late, when It was not my negligence, I was calling Hyundai Motors, a Like I've stated it before, I a not so happy for my extra $10.00 charge for being late, when It was not my negligence, I was calling Hyundai Motors, and I was told that the payment was going to get push forward, due to "I was ask for my pay stub", weeks later after the purchase..that is my only concern with this place, it felt like they were worry about selling me extra items then asking me about the paystub..kind regards More

Terrible experience!!! By far the worst dealership we have delt with. I originally called Saturday to ask about a car. The lady who answered my first call refused to give me By far the worst dealership we have delt with. I originally called Saturday to ask about a car. The lady who answered my first call refused to give me information, saying i needed to come into the dealership. I explained that we lived 6 hours away so we couldn't come in to ask basic questions. I didn't feel like she was being helpful so I called back. I spoke with another person who answered my questions and walked me through the application process. He advised me I would receive a phone call the same day as my application. The following Monday I had submitted my application and was waiting for the call from the dealership. Steve Jones contacted me, however, did not have any information regarding my application. He said he would call me back later in the day. That never happened. On Tuesday, I called in due to not getting a call back from Steve. Jeremy the manager answered the phone. Again, had no answer as to whether I was approved. Said he would speak with the bank and call me back. By that night I had not received a call back. I called into the dealer and was only transferred to his voicemail. Wednesday comes. I still have not gotten a call back from Jeremy. I called into the dealership and was told that Jeremy was off. I requested to speak with someone else. They transferred me back to Steve, who again had no information about the status of my application. He said he would call me back and never did. Today is now Thursday and I still have not gotten a call back. I called in and was told that today Steve is off. I requested to speak with Jeremy and was transferred to his voicemail. I asked if anyone in the sales department was available to go over my application and was transferred to another voicemail. At this point I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. Not only is the service terrible, the information on the cars is questionable. From looking at the carfax, the car we were in has been in the dealers possession for months. At the end of April they logged that the car had 40,000 miles, by June 3rd it had 48,000. How did they put 8,000 miles on it in a little over a month??? I would not recommend doing business with this company. More
