Poor customer service Bought a car a few weeks ago and was given out of state temporary plates, as I reside outside of NJ. Out of state temp plates last only 20 days and the dealership has failed to have the permanent registration in time. I have made several phone calls, yet most of the representatives are unreachable. I have been kept on hold for as long as 40 minutes before the call was either dropped or redirected back to the front desk receptionist. When I finally did get a hold of my sales rep, he informed me of a delay as it was going to another state and that it would be as much another eight days, yet I had only two days before the expiration of my temporary plates and that they could not issue me another temporary plate. More

If my new car is as reliable as your staff, then I know that I will be a customer for life. Words cannot express how appreciative I was of Sergio! He really went all out to make sure that I could land my next great job opportunity, which is not accessible by public transportation. Chevy wanted 1000 down, which almost cost me my job. I’m glad that Hyundai was smart enough to know that sometimes foregoing a down payment can pay more in the long run, both financially and in customer loyalty. More

He provided information about the car,the best deal ,the loan,drove the car ,back to his desk and and start with the paperwork. I came home with the new car and went to the beach everyday.
