I've gone to other dealers and felt extremely pressured to purchase a vehicle but not at Hudson Hyundai. Mr. Ulises Puig is an amazing person and from here on I feel he is family because thats how I felt that day at the dealer. We spent almost the entire day, phone calls back and forth, credit checks, the works but he again, was patient. For Leasing a car...not too bad. I was not looking forward to going to a car dealer, any car dealer, to lease my next car. But after my 3rd dealer, I stayed with Hudson Hyundai. I'm glad that Shamar Thomas was the Sales Representative of the day and met me at the door when I walked into Hudson Huydai. Shamar Thomas was very good. Polite. Professional. Not pushy. Understanding. He didn't try to sell me. Listened and offered suggestions. He set up my phone on the Bluetooth and showed me how to work and access many of the car's features. I returned to the dealership a few days later when I couldn't figure out the navigation system. He went through the demonstration all over again with me. Nice guy. More
