No oil life reset after the job done. No splash shield that covers under the engine was placed back and I had to go back to dealership from half way to home. Total of four and half hours No splash shield that covers under the engine was placed back and I had to go back to dealership from half way to home. Total of four and half hours with prior appointment set up just for oil and filter change. Very disappointed and very unhappy. More

Benjamin was the first person who greeted me and helped me very early before his shift started. He felt bad for us to be in line waiting.
