Hudson Honda - Service Center

They take too long to get the issues resolved and I noticed not everyone has the same understanding for services. One associate tells you one thing and another will tell you something completely differ noticed not everyone has the same understanding for services. I have been serviced by them on several occasions and unfortunately each occasion has been unsatisfactory. More

I had a blowout from hitting a pothole in my way to NY from my home in Virginia. Since it was after hours I had it towed to Hudson and left the keys and my contact info. I received a call from Benny at Hu from my home in Virginia. Since it was after hours I had it towed to Hudson and left the keys and my contact info. I received a call from Benny at Hudson at 7AM the next morning. He took care of everything I needed done and had my car ready before noon . He was excellent keeping me informed of what was being done and when the car would be ready. He went above and beyond my expectations by providing excellent service and keeping in constant communication. He is a very valuable asset to Hudson Honda and an exceptional customer service point of contact to all their customers. I very much appreciated all he did for me. More
