Took longer than i was initially told. I had to wait for three hours for something they said would take 2hrs. I kept checking the status of my service and it never changed from the initial step which was "car received"... not until after i made the initial complaint was when they actually started working on my car which was 1hr and 45 minutes after arrival. I was not offered an apology nor a discount for what happened. They then had the audacity to ask to give them a review. Well, there it is! More
