On my way to work on a Saturday I hit the largest pot hole on 495 East bound near JFK blvd. The tire instantly went flat and the hole in the tire I could put my finger in. I was so upset and angry. I called for roadside assistance, because, In case you don’t know, the car doesn’t come with a spare tire. The roadside assistance people dispatched a truck and had the car taken to Hudson Honda. The valet was super friendly and helpful. He directed me to go inside and see the service department. William was one of the most understanding and helpful people I’ve ever worked with. The dealership was packed with customers and I thought this would take all day. I was so happy when William told me they had the replacement tire in stock and I’d be fixed up and ready to go shortly. I was in and out within an hour and a half. The rep on the phone was really accommodating and I had mentioned wanting to leave my car earlier than 7 and she gave me the option of dropping off my car and placing the key in the box.
