My engine was misfiring and the check engine light would blink on and off preventing me from accelerating. Honda said it was the vsa module and replaced it for over $2000.00. When I got the car back I still had the exact same problem and brought it back. They had the car for a few days and when I called to check on the status of my car, they told me they had fixed it on the same day I had brought it back. They said they were calling me to pick up the car but I didn’t answer which was a complete lie. They never called me or left a voicemail or text. They scammed me out of $2000 dollars and my car is STILL the same. I wanted my money back and they refused. Now I have to deal with that loss and my car is still not fixed. Honda does not care about their customers and scams people out of their hard earned money.

A 45 min oil change was 2 hours! It should not take longer than an hour at most and then when I went over to pickup my car - the idiots at the service center LOST MY KEY! I wouldn't More
