Hudson Honda - Service Center

I have an Accord and a Pilot both purchase from Hudson Honda. I had no problem with the salespeople. Friendly, courteous, and work with you to get the sale done in a comfortable manner. I deal with Favio Honda. I had no problem with the salespeople. Friendly, courteous, and work with you to get the sale done in a comfortable manner. I deal with Favio Rivas (don't know if there is an Arturo there...may have been a typo in the last review).....Favio puts TLC into everything he does and makes you feel like your car is going to get the work it truly needs at an affordable price. I never felt like I was getting ripped off going in there. These guys know how to run a business! More

I bought an 08 Honda Accord Coupe EX from them 3 months ago. I broke down and the service department had it for 10 days and the whole time had no idea what was wrong with it. After replacing multiple parts ago. I broke down and the service department had it for 10 days and the whole time had no idea what was wrong with it. After replacing multiple parts - and never giving me an invoice of what was done - they gave the car back and a day later decided that it was "bad gas". They want my insurance company to pay for it - they will be doing an extensive investigation on this. All in all they have poor service - not very informative - they do things without telling you first or with your approval and then expect you to pay for it in the end. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone More

They took my money but didn't do a damn thing they were supposed to do. I happen to have my car checked by another technician to caught their lies.
