I was pitched a part I didn't need. This is consumer fraud. They did the work I requested, but my receipt contained a recommendation to install a new cabin filter. I just had one installed in June by Zap Lube. They did the work I requested, but my receipt contained a recommendation to install a new cabin filter. I just had one installed in June by Zap Lube. I returned to Zap Lube and they showed me the spotless filter, proving Hudson Honda tried to pitch me an unnecessary part. How can I trust them? More
