Awesome experience I was having a problem with my battery that i needed a jump start 3 times in a day. I made sn appointment, parked my car to be serviced, then my battery died again . My service advisor Abel Blanco Ciprian checked my CR-V personally to see about my concern. He tooked his time to listen to me and assured me he will taje care of it. Abel texted me and kept me updated about my car. My car was ready in an hour . That made me a happy customer. This dealership has friendly cistomer advisors. Like Gustavo rios . I will recommend this service station to anyone. Keep up the good works guys . Thank you! More
Don't value customer's time and sloppy customer service I am writing this review based on 3 visits. I had unpleasant experiences on all 3 visits and have decided never to visit this service center again. v I am writing this review based on 3 visits. I had unpleasant experiences on all 3 visits and have decided never to visit this service center again. visit 1 - I took a 8 am appointment for oil change. On reaching the site, I was told that the wait time would be 3 hours for oil change. I could not afford to wait so long and got it done from a nearby shop that did it 15 minutes!. visit 2- I stopped by for annual maintenance of my 2018 Honda Odyssey after taking an appointment. I was told the car needed wheel alignment and would take 4 hours. This time I left the car at the premise and went back home. 3 hours later I got a call stating that they don't have the necessary equipment to do wheel alignment for the latest model. The customer service agents seem to lack basic knowledge of the capabilities of the service center. Shouldn't they at least do basic due diligence before committing something to the customer? It was a complete waste of time. visit 3- Somebody hit my car. I called them to get a quote to fix the damages. I was told it was okay to come at 8 am to receive the quote. I go there and the customer service guy tells me that they don't do quotes at their location. He gave another address at a different location. To add to my frustration, the center wouldn't open until 9 am. I regard this as a typical case of sloppy customer service. Shouldn't they have told me over the phone that quotes are not provided at their location? The only reason I put up with them is because I bought the vehicle through them and wanted to continue the association. But I have realized they don't respect my time and aren't customer focused. I will take my business elsewhere. More

Ultimate waiting hours for planned service I bought my car a week ago, the right door side mirror was loose a bit. I was told to bring the car back next week for a replacement. They said just bring the car back, we have the new mirror already and it will take 30 mins max. Now i am here, it has been 2 hours, and my car lays down at the outside of service. Nothing has been done, waste of time and profassionalism. And i was supposed to get a car WITHOUT any problems. They should have fixed it before selling it. So that they would give a convenient service. More

Very bad experience Not happy at all. Here is why. In May, I brought in my vehicle for service and I was having an issue with the front right tire pressure going down eve Not happy at all. Here is why. In May, I brought in my vehicle for service and I was having an issue with the front right tire pressure going down every 2 to 3 weeks. This had been happening for a couple months. I told Service there had to be something wrong with the tire and they said it was just the sensor malfunction. The problem persisted. Yesterday I took the car back in and they said the tire had 3 nails in it and I would have to pay out of pocket because of the tire thread being too low. I purchased Vehicle Shield just for this reason. Hudson Honda dropped the ball as you should have fixed the problem back in May when I told you there was something wrong. The rep I had yesterday and the customer service area did nothing to investigate the matter further. I usually do not complain, but I plan to unless you can refund my money. They ripped me off don’t ever go to Hudson Honda They charged me $447.83 on a car that’s still under warranty just to clear my airbag light I will never go there again for any type of repairs ever. Jhan Duque, and the technician Franckel were both in on it. All they cared about was getting some money out of me. They made the excuse of my aftermarket sound system being the cause of the light. I put my sound system back on how it was and the light didn’t come back on. proving that my sound system was not the cause of my airbag light. and to put a little cherry on top of this review the cashier was laughing at the fact that i was paying so much for something so simple. More
