I took my car for those repairs which I paid almost $1,500 and I still have the problem in my car. I went back to the dealer and i told Chris Gomez the service advisor and he went and talked with the manager and told me that they have to do another diagnostic and there’s nothing that they could do for me, so my concern is that I did some repairs in my car which I didn’t need it and they stole my money. This is not cool and I have bringing my car to this dealer for all my services and I won’t bring it back never again . More
Good overall service I went to get a copy of my car key and I also ended up getting a software update from a recall as well as a new tire. I really believed that Honda maintained a standard service level regardless of the country, but I realize that it is not; It's a shame. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and with an excellent attitude to solve the problems and attend to the client, but I think they are not enough in number and make longer waiting times. Treated badly When I arrived my first encounter was Benjamin who asked me if I understood the oil gauge on my car, very rude and assuming I am a complete moron or p When I arrived my first encounter was Benjamin who asked me if I understood the oil gauge on my car, very rude and assuming I am a complete moron or perhaps just a stupid WOMAN. My oil gauge was at 50% but my car is 12 yrs old so I change the oil 2 to 3 times a year. I bought my car at Hudson Honda and have ALL MY SERVICE DONE THERE. Benjamin had all this info right in front of him on the computer. I did resurface rear back and new pads added. I asked Benjamin to apply any coupons he didn't even check your web site for a coupon, which there was one. I would had paid 50.00 more if I hadn't gone on there and looked myself. I have 3 female friends have STOPPED USING HUDSON HONDA DUE TO LIES AND THIS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO WOMAN. I think this is my last time getting service there and next time I will buy my car elsewhere. I don't like being treated like I am stupid and too my of my female friends have had this experience at Hudson Honda. More
