Terrible service I requested a synthetic oil change, and instead they put synthetic blend. Before paying I noticed that the receipt said synthetic blend and I question I requested a synthetic oil change, and instead they put synthetic blend. Before paying I noticed that the receipt said synthetic blend and I questioned the advisor, he mentioned that they put synthetic blend on the receipt in order to be able to apply the discount (I received in the mail) And he told me once again that they put full synthetic in my car. I went straight to the mechanic that serviced my car and he confirmed that they put synthetic blend as stated on the paperwork. These service advisors as well as the service manager are terrible dishonest people. Instead of helping the customers they take advantage. Please stay away from this dealership they are dishonest crooks. Don’t trust these people they are liars. More

⚠️LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, LIERS, SCAMMERS⚠️ Wish I could rate Mr. (Micheal Albrizio) a 0! He shouldn’t be working with the public. He’s rude, scammer and lier. My husband went in for service on 10/20/18 on our Honda Pilot 2018 which was purchased 6/2018. After a month he notice that the right rear reversed light was loosened. So around August he went in for an oil changed. So he decided to talk one of the service guys that attended him “Chris Gomez about the problem with light. So Chris Gomez had told him that other customers had the same problem with the reversed light being loose. So my husband ask if he had to pay to be repaired. So Chris Gomez told he no that it was covered by the warranty. So Chris schedulee an appointment. So Saturday, 10/20/18 after my husband took the Pilot at 7:25am in the morning, leaves the car and Chris Gomez stated he could go back to the dealer between 12:30pm to 1:00pm and pick up the car. So when my husband gets there they told him that the part that they had ordered (rear bumper) was already given to another customer, but they’ll go and pick another (rear bumper) at a different location. So Chris told him if he could wait another 45 minutes. And of course my husband waited and waited.....After waiting 9 long exhausting hours Micheal Albrizio 😡 tells my husband that the reversed right light was loose because he had hit it. So my husband told him to show him the proof. To find any scratches or dents that it was hit. He extremely rude, lack of professionalism, poor Management. Even Chris Gomez looked shocked at his useless called “BOSS” attitude against my husband. It was very upsetting and aggravating. Been a royal customer for Honda for 9 years. This place is sucks! Never again! Be on the lookout! More
