When they returned my car the driver's window was broken (out of its track). When I tried to find out what had happened Jhan, who never saw my car, told me that I did it and that's how "they" received the car. So then I THOUGHT speaking to a manager would be better. I was wrong, this guy ,Micheal Albrizio said he was there watching his guy work on my car ( I NEVER said it was the technician) and he didn't do it. He was not going to assume responsibility for it. Also, he didn't even let me speak. Lack of professionalism maybe there should be someone supervising the “managers”. More

Worst dealership you can ever go to. I recently purchased a car with them less than 5 months ago. Since that time, I have gone back 4 times because my brand new car has issues. Making appointment don't mean anything to them, especially if the reason the car has a problem is because of them. If you don't pay, they don't help. I had a recall on my new 2018 HR-V. Something that was suppose to take originally only 45 minutes, took 7 hours. On top of the 7 hours, they still needed to check for an additional noise my car was making. The advisor stated they fixed it, which was bull crap. I asked how many miles they put on my car to test drive it, he said 3, but in reality it was 15 miles. I wonder what they did in my car. I sent out an email to the director of service parts. Until now no response but I do get harrassed with emails and texts every 1 hour or so to please give a review. So here it is. You guys suck. More
