Over priced for oil changes. I went in for an oil change. I was told that my first oil change was free by my sales person which I had already done on my prior service visit. I the I went in for an oil change. I was told that my first oil change was free by my sales person which I had already done on my prior service visit. I then go to get my oil change done this time and was under the impression that my oil change would be $49.95 based on the prices that are on the wall. I spoke to the service representative Benjamin who had told me that my oil change would come out to $59.95 with tax. I had asked him why the price is $59.95 when I can clearly see behind me that it would come out to $49.95 even with tax rate at 6.85 percent that price would never be $59.95. He then responds "oh that is the price now" I then over hear another customer who is also in for his oil change and another service representative then states his bill will come out to $49.95 plus tax. I do not understand why I was charged $59.95 and another customer was charged the correct price. I feel like the person that was helping me was clearly ripping me off and charging me more for no apparent reason. Especially when the price advertised for an oil change is clearly visible to all that come in. I feel like the only thing that mattered was just making money off of me even when I come in for something so simple as an oil change. I then contacted others dealers and come to find out that they only charge $39.95!!!!. This place is a complete scam and I would never recommend having anyone I know to come do business at this dealership. Management should be looked at for even allowing the service representative for taking advantage of customers. I will be taking my business else where. More

Arrogant employee My wife went to drop off the car for service on a flat tire. The service guy by the window assume before asking that she was there for an oil change a My wife went to drop off the car for service on a flat tire. The service guy by the window assume before asking that she was there for an oil change and as my wife told him that it incorrect he told her the amount she had to pay for the tire, she proceeded to tell him we have coverage and he insisted we didn’t. He then started to be arrogant and type very slowly to piss her off. She spoke to Henry about him and we hope he gets reprimanded for his arrogant actions. Horrible service at the window! More
