Unqualified or Indifferent - cant tell. Never Again I got a coupon in the mail and via their website I scheduled a standard oil change and tire rotation (~10k) for 39.99. For some reason it took 90 min I got a coupon in the mail and via their website I scheduled a standard oil change and tire rotation (~10k) for 39.99. For some reason it took 90 minutes for them to do this AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE ROTATION. Their tire report showed uneven wear Front vs Rear yet no indication of rotation (i.e., which rotation pattern was used). Spoke to Chris and he stated that I did not need a rotation . This is clearly FALSE, - even the Honda web site recommends it and it is what i scheduled in the first place. So either this mean Chris and the tech are unqualified, lazy or they simply do not care. Couple this event with the 3 visits it required for them to repair my Cruise Control Radar unit in Oct. and you can see why I will never again go to this place again. More
