Blew out a tire at 9 pm and 90min from home. This was the nearest dealer, but I got really lucky. Called me on opening in the morning and kept me informed all day. A great experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the service from this dealer is consistent with the level of incompetence I'm used to here from sales to service. I bought my 2016-CR-V as a certified car that I had to fight to lower all the extra fees (quite opposite from their promise of "No Hidden Fees." The salesman promised to deliver the car but after I bought it, she called to tell me she can't deliver. Then after I pick up the car (with the gas at E), I find out at home that there are no floor mats in the car. I come back the next day to get mats but the manager proceeds to tell me that they don't come with car and "sometimes you don't even get a second key with used cars." I guess I was lucky the car came with tires. After he finds out that it was a certified Honda, he gives me all weather mats to make up for it. But I feel like I actually paid for them because I had to pay for the whole tank of gas to leave the dealer. Fast forward 3 months. When I try to refill the washer fluid, all of it leaks out. I then bring it in to repair. Ben was very nice in updating me and the repair was covered. But when I picked up the car, every warning light was on. No one checked why the lights were all on. Unfortunately, I was pressed for time so I had to leave and bring the car back the following Monday. Finally, all the lights were off but I'm just waiting for the next problem. Overall, an incompetent dealership from Sales to Service. More
