Awful. Put a big scratch on my car bumper and back while servicing, but did not acknowledge it. Also said I didn’t really need service, when they were the ones that scheduled me. Also waited over 2 hours fo servicing, but did not acknowledge it. Also said I didn’t really need service, when they were the ones that scheduled me. Also waited over 2 hours for an oil change?!?! I had a great experience. Everything went well. They took care of my Honda very well, I had a nail on my tire and I didn't even know, and they took care of it, I'm so thankful.
