@pguzman87, WOW! That was some horror story about the "other Honda dealer". I can't imagine having to wait two hours for a car cleanup, especially if the sales department knew you were coming in! And the lies?!?! That should be unacceptable! Thanks for coming in and feelng reassured by Karen and Rich - they are extremely helpful to many of our customers!
