Spoke with the service manager prior to waiting, he confirmed that they had the key fob I needed in stock. After 2 hours of waiting for the car to be serviced, I was told that the key fob wasn’t in sto confirmed that they had the key fob I needed in stock. After 2 hours of waiting for the car to be serviced, I was told that the key fob wasn’t in stock & I would need to come back 4 days later to have the car serviced. I left without any resolution to the issue, went somewhere else & had the key fob replaced within an hour. More

Hudson Honda is the best. All their reps are courteous and helpful. I had an unfortunate theft incident, all four rims and tires were stolen off my new CR-V.
