I've been a loyal customer here, having regularly serviced two of my previous Honda vehicles at this dealership. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, and it pains me to say that i serviced two of my previous Honda vehicles at this dealership. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, and it pains me to say that it's been quite DISAPPOINTING. In all honesty, I WOULD NOT trust them with anything beyond minor maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations. On two separate occasions, I brought my car in due to an issue with the electrical charge port, which is crucial for my PHEV. I had explicitly mentioned this concern when booking my appointment online, and I reiterated it at the service counter during my initial visit. To my astonishment, the service advisor seemed to disregard my clear communication and went ahead to order a part for the USB-C port, which was entirely unrelated to my issue. He did mention that the part was back-ordered, promising a follow-up call within a week. However, a week passed with no communication from the service center. Frustrated, I had to take the initiative and call them myself. To my dismay, the staff on the other end of the line appeared completely oblivious to my situation. They informed me that the wrong parts had been ordered and that they would "take care of me" during another visit. I returned for another appointment, only to be told, after an hour and a half of waiting, that they didn't have the necessary equipment to test my electrical charger. This was information they could have easily provided over the phone, saving me the time and effort of making an unnecessary trip to their facility. Regrettably, it seems that the service desk at this dealership is riddled with INCOMPETENCE. Therefore, unless you require nothing more than an oil change or a tire rotation, it's best to to go elsewhere to avoid the hassle and frustration I encountered. More
