Ed Gomez and Daniel Turcios worked on my car. I went to fix my tire sensor and a flat tire. Im very happy with the overall experience. Ed was extremely helpful and charismatic. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in the service lounge thinking that the car was getting serviced and when I get up to check outside the car is still at the same spot that I left it at. I asked the servic thinking that the car was getting serviced and when I get up to check outside the car is still at the same spot that I left it at. I asked the service advisor to give me the key and left. Out of all Honda dealerships in North New Jersey this one takes the crown for worse. No space to park your car when you get there either it’s a mess. More
