I was delighted with my experience at Hudson Honda. I came in to sales last Saturday with a specific used car in mind. MAGDA was very helpful, treated me warmly and patiently, and never tried to press I came in to sales last Saturday with a specific used car in mind. MAGDA was very helpful, treated me warmly and patiently, and never tried to pressure me to go over my budget, as other dealers did during my month-long car search. She answered all my questions and was clearly there to help with my needs, not hers. MANNY was also very friendly, helpful, clear and efficient with the bank loan and paperwork. Lots of smiles and courtesy shown by everyone. When I got in the car, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working. CARLOS and MAGDA assured me that if I could bring it in for service, it would be repaired at no cost. So, on Tuesday I brought the car in for repair of the a/c and a few other little things I had notice needed repair. I told JAHN in Service that I had tickets for the Mets-Yankees game and “I’d love to be outta here by 4pm.” He came out around 3pm to give me an update and status on my repair which was very helpful. Then, at 4pm, just as I had requested, he came out and said “Howard, you’re done.” The entire experience and every personal interaction has been surprisingly positive and I feel like I now have friends at Hudson Honda. More

La primero al llegar y pregunte para el re al, un muchacho me dijo es aquí senor, me pidió los papeles y procedió muy amablemente a decirme como debía hacer, le dije que trabajaba de noche y que si p muchacho me dijo es aquí senor, me pidió los papeles y procedió muy amablemente a decirme como debía hacer, le dije que trabajaba de noche y que si podía dejar el auto y me dijo que si. Al día siguiente me llamaron y me digeron que el auto estaba ya arreglando y sin ningún costo para mi. Lo recogí y estoy muy contento. Gracias More
